Didn't get the ending of "Surviving Evil"?

Normally I get Thriller films, but this one had me really confused...

...The blonde one survives (Who is a few week's pregnant), she's taken
into a hut by Filipino women after being found it an inflatable raft.

She suddenly realises that all the Filipino women and then has a flash
back of what happened...

- What made her have that flashback?
- Are the women, the bodies they found on the island she just came
from (Time-loop)?
- Does this mean that the monsters will be coming to that new island
for those pregnant women?
- Or are the pregnant women the monsters?
- Or did those monsters impregnate those women?

Really confused. Help!
