ABC News Partners With Yahoo Online
ABC News and Yahoo! today introduced they're joining up online to “enhance and transform the delivery of news and knowledge over the digital landscape.” It'll make ABC News-created content on Yahoo News! The alliance launches today using the debut of GoodMorningAmerica.com on Yahoo! and three new, online-first video series with ABC News anchors and correspondents.Newsmakers, an authentic interview series, begins today whenGood Morning America anchor George Stephanopoulos interviews Leader Obama live in the Whitened House at 2:35 PM ET. The job interview will stream survive Yahoo.com and ABCNews.com. Also slated to complete online-first interviews in Newsmakers are ABC News’ Diane Sawyer, Barbara Walters, George Stephanopoulos, Katie Couric, Christiane Amanpour and Robin Roberts. Another two original online programs areAround the planet with Christiane Amanpour which Might Be Large. Additional programs will be included 2012. Underneath the agreement, this news organizations will share content, co-produce coverage of some news occasions and also have integrated agencies in NY, Washington and Los Angeles. ABC News continues to be provider of video content to Yahoo since 2006. The move is anticipated to include some bandwidth to ABC News’ presence online, that has bee lagging behind other TV news organizations, and is made to give troubled Internet giant Yahoo to provide a go within the arm.
